Key Features

5-in-1 comprehensive reliability protection

  • The system uses low-power, high-efficiency heat dissipation components, wireless temperature field level detectors and switching devices that offer features such as overheating protection, which greatly reduce the risk of thermal failure.
  • All the circuits in the system are protected by a combination of Eaton's last generation of circuit breakers. Suitable UPS units are used to ensure the power quality and protect the system, equipment and components.
  • Circuit breakers can be further protected by Eaton's exclusive Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System (ARMS), which can isolate faulty circuits and protect electrical devices and personnel in the event of short circuits or dangerous arc flashes.
  • The data collector is designed with a dual power supply, dual network ports and a backup power supply. The accompanying power supply units and monitoring acquisition cards both support hot swapping to ensure uninterrupted communication and data collection.
  • The great number of modular and interchangeable devices used in the system minimizes the need for spare parts for the entire lifecycle. Much of the system is built using long-lifespan and recyclable materials for improved environmental protection and sustainable development.

Visualized management for intelligent operation and maintenance

  • Eaton's all-new AI algorithms make it possible to track and analyze the operational data of key components, run self-diagnostics in case of faults and perform predictive maintenance.
  • With the ESS energy saving mode and power quality solutions, the system HRS can automatically determine the best operating mode and reduce the frequency of equipment actions.
  • High-precision data acquisition enables the circuit protection and power quality systems to respond within milliseconds, allowing for greater precision when carry out sophisticated control algorithm matrix to provide optimum operation & protections.
  • The system topology can be configured in the software. The device models and the entire link of the system can be visualized to analyze power quality and view device status, as well as record and pinpoint faults.
  • Circuit breaker parameter fine-tuning can be simulated locally or remotely. Using software algorithms, parameter accuracy can be precisely validated for more intelligent power management.
